WHAT ARE THEY GOOD FOR?
NAYCIA SPORT resistance elastic bands:
are a real asset for your daily or weekly customized sessions. Handy and easy to use, they allow a comprehensive body work and improve your health.
- They are used as charges (loads) and you fight against them.
- They make it possible to work different muscle groups with a lot of options and are less traumatic for the joints.
- They improve the physical condition, help to lose weight, complete exercices like: gainage, stretching, Pilates, yoga, strenght training, etc.
- They are ideal for people who cannot go to a gym centre or having articular problems preventing them to carry heavy loads, or simply to change your sport training routine.
For a first use, we recommand you a light or a medium resistance band depending on your capabilities (for beginners, ask your sports coach or personal trainer for advice at the gym centre before exercising) and to continue to intensify with higher resistance elastic bands. The darker resistance elastic bands have a higher resistance.
DESCRIPTION OF NAYCIA SPORT RESISTANCE ELASTIC BANDS
Composition : natural latex.

Determine the band resistance levels:
Light resistance: offers from1.5 to 2.5kg of resistance
Medium resistance: offers from 3.5 to 4.5kg of resistance
Hard resistance: offers from 4.5 to 6.5kg of resistance
High resistance: offers 7.5 of resistance and higher
Usually, resistance elastic bands come in several sizes, from XS or even 2XS (micro) to XXXL (Monster)
- the tenser the bands are, the more resistant they become;
- the different sizes are according to the level of resistance and the executed movements;
- the color code is not standard to all bands;
- you should have 3, even 4 different resistance bands, depending on your level and especially to achieve the goals you have set, in order to have the choice and complete your exercices.
ADVICE FOR USE
Prefer the technic to the resistance:
- focus on slow, controlled and repeated movements. A cleanly executed movement will help you gain muscle faster than if you were pushing heavy loads;
- do not exercice in a rush. Your body needs to execute smooth movements, neither irregular nor sudden;
- after each exercice, return calmly to your initial position;
- you also need to control your return movements;
- realize timed rounds from 20 to 60 sec. without loosing the band. You should feel a burning sensation in your muscles at the 2 nd or 3 rd round;
- avoid fixing the bands around your joints or your waist.
Exercice at your own pace with daily or weekly sessions, but do not forget that results are seen over time.
STAY STRONG and MOTIVATE YOURSELF 10-15 MINS/DAY
ADVICE for BEGINNERS:
We strongly advise you, prior to begin or start again after a significant time without any sports activities, to consult and pass medical testings: cardiologists (stress test, electrocardiogram, etc.), general practitioners and specialised in sports practice, nutritionists and even physiotherapists who will learn you to familiarize with the movements without hurting yourself and to continue exercising at home.
Sport is beneficial to our health but it cannot be improvised, find what your own limits are.
LIFETIME OF NAYCIA SPORT ELASTIC BANDS
NAYCIA SPORT resistance elastic bands are made in natural latex.
Latex degrades over time and therefore has a limited lifetime.
In order to keep and preserve them for as long as possible, it is recommended:
- to stow them in a dry area, away from heat, cold and humidity;
- to ensure they do not enter in contact with rough surfaces or sharp edges when you use them for your exercices;
- not to tie them together;
- to wash them in machine (maximum 30°) or better to handwash them for a longer lifetime.
PRECAUTION FOR USE
Control the resistance elastic bands prior to each use.
Avoid fixing the bands around your joints or your waist
It is no recommended, outside as well as inside a house or others, to use door handles as an attachment point for the NAYCIA SPORT resistance elastic bands.
You may risk to hurt yourself according to the resistance degree of the handle.
Outside, attach them to a tree or a pole. At home, use them the same manner you do at the gym centre or with your upper and lower limbs (hands, wrists, arms, ankles, calfs, legs) and facing a mirror for well executed exercices.
Do not use the resistance elastic bands with your joints and your waist.
If you find a defect, do not use the resistance elastic bands. They may break during the exercice.
